Section 77
<br> to file unpaid court fees
When filing a petition or appeal, or from the writing of a petition or appeal, if it is found that the court fee is less than the court fee required under this paragraph, the court shall order the concerned person to file the court fee without delay.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if a person is unable to file the court fee immediately, if the court asks for a deadline, the court shall give a deadline to file the court fee within seven days if the deadline for issuing the petition or appeal is left, or within seven days if the deadline is less than that.
(3) If it comes to the knowledge of the court after the filing of the complaint or appeal that the court fee has been charged or paid less than what should be taken according to this paragraph, or if it is found to be reasonable after the complaint of someone in the matter, and if the party is on the date, the court shall set a date to file the court fee that has not been paid to him within seven days. And if the party is not present on the date, a deadline should be issued to bring the court fee before the seven days deadline.
(4) If the party does not file the court fee within the period given under sub-section (3), such case cannot be processed, heard and disposed of by the court.
